Best life change I could have done for myself. I haven't been to the gym in over 3 years... gained so much weight during the pandemic... and just became lazy and stuck in an unhealthy habit. I decided to change things around and find a personal trainer to not only help me with working out out but to also help me with my nutrition. Brent is a one stop shop and helps with it all. It's definitely challenging, but Brent creates an encouraging and fun environment (great music and sometimes there are even party lights!). He understands the right combination of push and encouragement. I've shown up to class several times with random muscle aches and pains, and he'll immediately guide me through certain stretches to target those spots and avoid injury

In addition to the physical training, I also use his nutrition plan. I've always wanted to incorporate better eating habits that would work for my physical makeup and work schedule, but had no idea where to start. Brent dials in my personal macros every few weeks and provides a variety of recipes which are easy to meal prep and still taste delicious by the time I reach the last serving.
